WELCOME TO DARR MINISTRIES

DARR Ministries, Incorporated is a 501 (c)(3) religious nonprofit corporation designed to empower women to live a life of purity and their God-given destiny. We want to provide a space for women from all walks of life to share their journey with like-minded women while focusing on their gifts, talents and skills to enhance their life.

As a Christ-centered organization, we believe that the involvement of sexual activity outside of marriage can become a hindrance in their life. Therefore, it is our desire to see women live a life of purity by addressing their needs head on, while delving into ways to move beyond the temptation.

As a Ministry, our core mission has been founded upon this biblical principle: “If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special utensil for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts.” 2 Timothy 2:21-22 NLT

DARR Ministries is commissioned to walk side by side with women to ensure safe spaces for sharing and venting while promoting the power of accountability.

Our programs will provide many courses, trainings, bible study and group sessions for women that will allow healing and growth to take place.

In addition, we will provide resources, opportunities for international mission trips, local outreach and active involvement in their local church and church communities.

Discipleship Program 1

This discipleship program called Sunflowers for Jesus 1, meets for six group sessions. This program allows women to have a safe place to gather together, to share their lives, be accountable and to acknowledge and bring to light their struggle in the area of sexual purity. Women will move to Sunflowers for Jesus 2 discipleship group after completion.

Program Goals:

To serve as a confidential, Christ-Centered environment for biblical community and support.
To educate women concerning underlying spiritual, relational and psychological issues in their struggle and to call each woman to walk the path to freedom and purity with the power of the Holy Spirit.
To show women how to develop an intimate relationship with God.
To empower, educate & equip women to battle sexual temptation and break the addictive cycle.
To encourage meaningful and genuine connections with others.
To lead each woman to the cross of Jesus Christ, to claim their true identity in Him.
To allow women to obtain healing and restoration to be able to live a life of purpose, passion and power. Each woman will become beautiful Sunflowers for Jesus, living in the light, anointed, refined and redeemed!

Discipleship Program 2

This discipleship program called Sunflowers for Jesus 2 is the next phase of discipleship after attending Sunflowers for Jesus 1. This group meets year round at various times and continues to offer accountability and to empower women to live a life of purity and their God-given destiny.

Program Goals:

To help women discover their God-given destiny by completing:

Spiritual gift assessment
Skills assessment
Discover your destiny sessions and more

To help women to maintain an intimate relationship with God and to continue to develop genuine relationships with others by having:

Regular fasting and prayer
Courses and bible studies
Social activities
Opportunity to meet one on with spiritual coach or clinical counselor

To provide women with helpful additional resources and the opportunity to volunteer in their community and church or to go on mission trips.

RETREAT & HEAL PROGRAM

As a ministry, we believe in the power of healing through prayer, faith, rest and the word of God. We will provide retreats for women where they can :

Receive deeper healing and deliverance
Learn to continue to pursue their intimate relationship with Christ
Connect and build healthy friendships
Have fun, relax and rest.

Statement Of Faith

DARR Ministries, Inc is a charismatic, evangelical and discipleship ministry.
We empower women to live a life of purity, to walk in the light of God and grow strong and mature in the power of the Holy Spirit.

We believe God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other in a single exclusive union as delineated in scripture.
(Genesis 2:18-25; I Cor. 7:2-5; 6:18 Heb 13:4).
We believe that there is one God who exists as three persons; God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, each fully God yet distinct from the other.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the sign of speaking in tongues as part of the believers life, and this empowerment is to be a witness for God.
We believe in the everyday occurrence of the nine ministry gifts in the lives of Christians today. Building healthy relationships, making disciples and serving others is the love of God.
We believe that our only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God and salvation is received through repentance and accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
We believe in the return of our Lord Jesus Christ to gather His believers to Himself and since we have this hope it is expected upon Christians to live accordingly; pure, righteous, Godly and sanctified before the Lord until His return.
